Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring best practices in modeling and experimentation
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define use cases and translate them into data science projects
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunities
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed data science solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance data capabilities
• Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders
• Champion a data-driven culture and contribute to overall data strategy

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or predictive analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with measurable business impact
