Job Description

Lead Data Architect

🌐 What You’ll Do

Data Strategy & Innovation

Define and champion our enterprise-wide data strategy and roadmap.
Identify opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Mesh, Lakehouse, etc.).

Architecture & Engineering

Design enterprise data architectures (conceptual, logical, physical).
Lead AI/ML pipeline architecture and advanced analytics platforms.
Establish integration patterns (ETL/ELT, CDC, APIs, streaming).
Set standards for modeling, security, and metadata management.

Governance & Quality

Implement data governance frameworks and quality monitoring.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and local regulations.
Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
8+ years in data architecture or engineering, with 2+ years in a lead role.
Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and AI/ML architecture.
