About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Creative Designer to own and elevate the visual identity of SaaS Labs and its product portfolio, driving the end to end design process from concept to execution. In this role, you’ll deliver high quality, impactful creative assets across all touchpoints while setting design standards and shaping how our brand shows up at scale.

This role is based in Bangalore, and we work in office 4 days a week because some of the best ideas still happen over coffee and whiteboards.

What We'll Count on You For

• Plan and execute the design strategy for key initiatives and projects.
• Provide day to day leadership and creative input for design collateral.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across the artwork, videos, and other design collateral.
• Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, writers, web developers and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts.
• Conduct quality and proof checks on the design and revise or repurpose visual content deliverables in response to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Turn creative briefs into high quality, impactful designs.
• Be a strong voice for users and build user-centric design.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards (based on social media, competitive landscape, and market trends)

What'll Make You a Great Match

• Bachelors or Masters in Design or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years of work experience as a design practitioner with B2B/SaaS companies.
• Must have a portfolio of live work to showcase.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with bonus points for video editing.
• Proven experience in developing design guidelines, design systems, and layouts.
• High sense of ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and in fast paced environments.
