Lead Creative Designer

SaaS Labs is reinventing how businesses talk to their customers, AI powered, multilingual, and real time. Our products like JustCall unify conversations across channels, surface insights instantly, and transform how global teams sell, support and scale 24/7 across time zones, and without friction.

The Lead Creative Designer will be responsible for shaping and driving the visual identity of SaaS Labs and its portfolio of products. This role will oversee the end to end design process, from concept to execution while leading and mentoring a team of designers to deliver high quality creative assets and design projects across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Design or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years of work experience as a design practitioner with B2B/SaaS companies.
• Must have a portfolio of live work to showcase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the design strategy for key initiatives and projects.
• Provide day to day leadership and creative input for design collateral.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across the artwork, videos, and other design collateral.
• Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, writers, web developers and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts.
• Conduct quality and proof checks on the design and revise or repurpose visual content deliverables in response to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Turn creative briefs into high quality, impactful designs.
• Be a strong voice for users and build user-centric design.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards (based on social media, competitive landscape, and market trends)

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with bonus points for video editing.
• Proven experience in developing design guidelines, design systems, and layouts.
• High sense of ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and in fast paced environments.
