Lead Creative Designer

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for understanding the creative and visual aspects of designing, as well as the aesthetic specifications required for advertising digitally. Your experience of 3-5 years should include designing ad-creatives for social media campaigns, websites, and mobile apps, along with leading a team. Your proficiency in software tools such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and similar applications will be essential for this role. Additionally, qualities like thinking outside the box, having an aesthetic sense, attention to detail, a constant thirst for learning and experimentation, and the ability to support and mentor team members are highly valued.
