Lead Creative Designer

As a Lead Creative Designer at SaaS Labs, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the visual identity of the company and its portfolio of products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire design process, from concept to execution, while also leading and mentoring a team of designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets and design projects across all touchpoints. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field. - 8-10 years of experience in design with B2B/SaaS companies. - Must have a portfolio showcasing live work. Skills: - Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; bonus points for video editing skills. - Experience in developing design guidelines, systems, and layouts. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet tight deadlines.
