Job Description

Youll make a difference by:

Lead the Customer in their digital transformation Journey starting with consulting to build the digital transformation roadmap followed by Implementation of the digital improvement initiatives.
Create digital transformation proposals from the offering stage till project handover and ensure high quality of delivery.
Study RFQ / Customer requirement and detail scope of work for each proposal.
Prepare a Proposal Plan, which should also include all resources, responsibilities, deliverables, and dates, for stakeholders and partners.
Build & submit a high quality Technical and Commercial proposal with sales.
Ensure terms and conditions covering all risks for sales and after sales on both technical and commercial fronts.
Win digital transformation deals with customers.

Your success is grounded in:

Deep understanding of the digital transformation.
Strong Value Selling skills with a focus to win.
Capability to operate at C Levels.
Ability to work with Cross Business Teams.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and Automation. MES marketing knowledge preferable.
Domain knowledge of any discrete manufacturing Industry viz , Automotive, F&B, Aerospace preferred.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial attitude and experience of interacting with Customers.
Growth mindset with a focus on creating impact.
Approx 7 to 10 yrs of experience in working for Business development and sales of IT-OT consulting in business processes and systems, with at least some experience in Manufacturing Automation and IT / OT business.
Graduate Engineers preferably in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with post-graduation in Sales / Marketing.
