About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join our dynamic IT team. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high- performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects and UI/UX designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions using .NET technologies.
  • Architect and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable codebase, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure the reliability and security of applications.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and suggesting improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
