Purpose/Objective


    The Lead Commercial/Office Real Estate Transactions will be responsible for driving the expansion of Adani Airports’ City Side Development (CSD) as an expansion leader. This role involves entering into new office, retail, hotel contracts, negotiating terms for agreements, and securing new tenants. The ideal candidate should have led commercial real estate transactions for large anchor deals, built-to-suit/ multi-tenant buildings/ anchor retail.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Purpose The Lead Commercial/Office Real Estate Transactions will be responsible for driving the expansion of Adani Airports’ City Side Development (CSD) as an expansion leader. This role involves entering into new office, retail, hotel contracts, negotiating terms for agreements, and securing new tenants. The ideal candidate should have led commercial real estate transactions for large anchor deals, built-to-suit/ multi-tenant buildings/ anchor retail. Experience 12-15 years of experience in commercial / Capital markets real estate or with a developer/IPC with a focus on Office and/or business development, financial feasibility and ROI assessments. Roles and Responsibilities - Drive the expansion of Adani Airports’ City Side’s commercial business (retail, offices, hotels) as the lead for expansion. - Lead the commercial/office/hotel financials and market feasibility analysis processes for all cities and investments - Interface with office brand companies, owners, managers, etc. including negotiation of key business terms and hotel management agreements. - Report to Adani Airports’ CSD leadership regarding market trends and developments. - Close commercial negotiations, term sheets, management approvals, viability and return reports in alignment with financial budgets. Technical Skills - Proven track record in business development within the commercial real estate. - Thorough understanding of contract negotiations and operating agreements. - Financial modelling and office/hotel/retail P&Ls. Non-Negotiable Skills - Thorough understanding of office/commercial real estate contract negotiations and operating agreements. - Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. - Strong Financial & commercial Acumen Conclusion The Lead Commercial/ Real Estate transaction at Adani will play a critical role in driving the expansion of Adani Airports’ CSD. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in the Real Estate industry with a focus on commercial and business development.
