About the role
To support Tesco Business through providing insights and enabling stakeholders to take decision, streamlining operations, enhance customer experience and add value in form of new projects. You will be responsible for
-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management-Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team- Develop various Business reports for the Heads of Buying to show progress on upcoming launches by providing insights which in turn helps them make better decisions for a successful product/promotion launch- Responsible for spotting the various risk factors, potential delays and working with manager to escalate priorities and bring solutions to closure enabling the product availability at stores- Executing plans to address the dynamic, challenging business needs and market conditions with respect to Spot Buys, last minute supplier changes, dual sourced products, Change in trade regulations or policies- Responsible for successfully managing all range changes, product setup and amends,off-fixture display, promotions, costs, supply chain and invoicing by tracking performance and owning the end to end journey of a product right from the range sign off until its exit- Building and developing strong working relationship with Buying Managers, Supply Chain, International Hubs, Central operations team, Trade planning, Merchandise planning, Suppliers and Supplier Induction team in Finance to support and deliver action plans for a successful launches and further maintenance - Responsible for reporting out critical path and category performance You will need
