Job Description


Monitoring and evaluation the projects and create MIS on monthly basis.


  • Create Time sheet of every project and monthly review the progress status.
  • Sending Proposals for fundraising responsibilities (at least five proposals in every month.)
  • Identify, mobilize and develop financial resources, explore potential funding opportunities from Corporate Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and effective networking with government departments and other relevant statutory bodies.
  • To lead ongoing capacity building program & project, organize training/workshop/seminar/webinar program promotional activities and campaigns, undraising for new CB projects, project planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, documentation, donor reporting, and update.
  • Retention of existing donors and continuous exploration of new donors for mobilization of funds for organizing events and new projects.
  • To lead the work on active mobilization of Corporates and NGOs for ISRN Membership.
  • Supervision, guided, and exploration of a database of Corporates and NGOs.
  • Supervise, facilitate and support to Program Officer and other team members for their tasks and activities.
  • Improve and develop communication material for the organization such as reports, documents, and other materials.
  • Organizing or providing assistance in capacity-building programs including NGO Clinic.
  • Overseeing event planning and campaigns.
  • Training needs assessment of client’s office; visiting clients office, project area, and event sites as per the need.
  • Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.
  • Designing and implementing a fundraising strategy, setting priorities, goals, and budgets, cultivating potential donors, and communicating with current donors.
  • Develop CSR consulting as a practice to interface with corporate to support community investment projects.
  • Develop the resource mobilization strategy and quarterly plan and set yearly targets based on the resource mobilization strategy.
  • Increase the visibility of ISRN as an organization and its work portfolio.
  • Responsible for effectively leading the team towards the achievement of individual targets, providing leadership, vision, and strategic direction while facilitating and empowering their work.
  • Develop and supervise MIS, physical and financial reports and ensure timely submissions.
