Lead Business Analyst- Salesforce CPQ – Go-to-Market Systems (Salesforce CPQ & Quote-to-Cash)

Senior Technical Product Manager

You will design, manage, and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash solutions, enabling seamless execution of asset lifecycle management, subscription management, lead-to-cash workflows, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to

  gather, analyze, and translate business requirements

  into actionable user stories and solution specifications.
• Lead

  backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap execution

  for Salesforce CPQ and related GTM systems.
• Provide

  end-to-end solution design

  and hands-on implementation for Salesforce CPQ, Subscription, and Billing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service) to drive

  business process transformation through technology

  .
• Facilitate design, development, deployment, and support of Salesforce CPQ and declarative Salesforce platform enhancements.
• Drive

  strategic project execution in the Quote-to-Cash space

  , including CPQ optimization, Subscription Management, and Billing transformations.
• Support production systems through

  troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements

  .
• Partner with global stakeholders (US & offshore) to ensure

  seamless execution of projects

  and alignment to enterprise goals.
• Establish and enforce

  standards, best practices, and quality processes

  across GTM applications.
• Contribute to building an

  enterprise applications roadmap

  aligned with evolving business needs.
• Cultivate a

  culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation

  within the team.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading

  complex enterprise business technology solutions

  from concept to production, achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering and supporting

  mission-critical cloud applications

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  system architecture, technical design, and modern software development practices

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of IT experience

  with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ

  (configuration, pricing, quoting, subscription management, amendments, renewals, and billing).
• Deep expertise across

  Salesforce ecosystem

  : CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, FSL, AppExchange.
• Strong experience in

  Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies

  for application development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of

  core SaaS principles

  : product setup, configuration rules, pricing, quoting, subscription lifecycle, and revenue recognition.
• Skilled in

  prioritization, backlog management, and cross-team collaboration

  .
• Excellent

  verbal, written, and presentation skills

  , with the ability to explain complex technical topics in business terms.
• Salesforce

  Administrator (201)

  and

  Sales Cloud Consultant

  certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to

  lead change and influence stakeholders

  positively.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise in

  Salesforce CPQ & Quote-to-Cash

  .

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce

  CPQ Specialist Certification

  (highly preferred).
• Project Management experience and/or PMP certification.
