Job Description

Role Overview
This fixed-term contract role provides strategic and operational leadership across brand governance, content marketing, digital communication, and social performance. The mandate is to protect brand equity, accelerate demand-generation programs, and strengthen competitive positioning within the fiber-to-home landscape.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Strategy Execution

  • Maintain a consistent, differentiated brand voice across digital, print, PR, and on-ground channels.
  • Convert business objectives into clear customer value propositions and unified brand narratives.


Campaign Development

  • Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and upsell.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery with measurable KPIs.


Content Marketing

  • Build and govern an integrated content calendar across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Drive storytelling frameworks aligned to user segments, market opportunities, and funnel stages.


Social Marketing & Digital Communication

  • Own social media strategy, performance tracking, and iterative optimization.
  • Lead customer communication for service updates, product launches, outages, and brand-led announcements.


Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis, category benchmarking, and consumer sentiment research.
  • Translate insights into actionable brand recommendations, creative briefs, and campaign pivots.


Design Direction

  • Provide creative direction and sign-off for visual assets across digital and offline formats.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity aligned with brand guidelines and evolving market expectations.


Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work with leadership, sales, CX, and operations to align brand initiatives with commercial priorities.
  • Mentor and guide internal resources to ensure consistent execution and capability uplift.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–12 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and scale integrated content and social marketing programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical approach with comfort using data and experimentation to shape campaigns.
  • Creative direction capability across content and design workflows.

  • Type: Fixed-term contract (This is a Maternity Cover Position)
