Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for call monitoring, evaluation, agent feedback, coaching support, process documentation, root cause analysis, process compliance, audits, quality initiatives, and training sessions. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and quality-related projects, collaborate with team members, and ensure timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Call monitoring and Evaluation (Live or recorded calls) - Agent Feedback and Coaching Support - Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards - Review sampling strategy in the team - Conduct root cause analysis for process improvements - Conduct MSA as per schedule - Drive process compliance and audits - Analyze CTQs and drive brainwave initiatives - Conduct quality-related trainings - Collaborate with BBs / QAMs on projects/initiatives - Facilitate open forums/best practice sharing sessions - Work on YB six sigma improvement project - Successfully complete ISO training - Assist the team in achieving deadlines - Provide timely reports, updates, and system entries - Ensure discipline, punctuality, and protocol compliance Qualification Required: - Commerce Graduate and above,
