As an AR - OTC specialist, you should possess a good understanding of Quality Management Systems and effective communication skills. Client and Stakeholder Management should be one of your strengths, along with exceptional People Management Skills. Your ability to provide constructive feedback and drive Quality Initiatives, Projects, and Improvements will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include conducting process documentation in compliance with ISO standards, reviewing and implementing sampling strategies, as well as performing root cause analysis for process enhancements. You will also be required to conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) according to the schedule, ensure process compliance, and conduct audits. Collaboration with Black Belts (BBs) and Quality Assurance Managers (QAMs) as a co-facilitator of projects and initiatives is essential. You will drive brainwave initiatives within the team, conduct quality-related trainings, and lead open forums for best practice sharing. Certification in Yellow Belt (YB) six sigma improvement projects is expected. Additionally, successful completion of ISO training, working on products to meet deadlines, providing timely reports and updates, and adhering to discipline, punctuality, and protocol are integral aspects of this role.
