Responsibilities

Monthly Monetization supply planning and optimization
Monthly BU wise Traffic planning
Monitor Platform Search trends and reporting
Work in tandem with Product team on Search and Sort related BRDs and PRDs
Manage a team of 2 analysts and drive overall Store Analytics
Work on Growth of Central Campaigns like Myntra Unique
Support business decisions by - formulating hypothesis, structuring the problem, analyse relevant data to verify hypothesis and prepare documentation to communicate the results with insights
Monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, item price, conversion, customer count etc.
Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization (planning, category etc.) to meet goals
Analyzing platform and category level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas to solve/leverage
Develop & implement strong reporting formats which give a 360 degree view of the health of the portfolio
Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports and insights
Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment.
Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project

Qualifications & Experience

Engineering Degree from an accredited university or college.
Work experience as a data analyst or in related analytics area for at least 3+ Years
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL exposure a must)
High-competency in written and verbal communication skills
Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
Experience with advanced MS Excel, Python or R and SQL a must
