Job Description Position Title, Responsibility Level QA, B1/B2 Function Insurance Products and Platforms Reports to AVP / Sr. AVP Employment Type Span of Control 0 Location Noida Basic Function Lead Test Framework design and Development Develop a strong understanding of the company’s proprietary tool, Life Digital Suite. Create comprehensive test plans for both functional and non-functional testing. Ensure consistent enhancement of the automated regression test bed. Generate test data in alignment with the test plan. Exposure to the AI tool landscape to leverage the best AI tools and capabilities. Project Connect and support requirement management. Test Project management Development of Wiki Pages, Testing Best Practices documentation. Conduct Testing Tools’ Trainings. Essential Skills More than 4+ years of experience in testing and Test automation Experience of providing Test automation solutions with Test automation framework design and development for end-to-end testing requirements of a project Providing testing strategies as well as automation solutions for variety of application platforms as windows, Web, Citrix, cloud etc. Working knowledge of functional as well as non-functional testing Experience of Test Automation for Functional testing, API testing, Performance Testing, Security testing, Code Coverage testing Hands on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber (BDD Framework), Ready API, JMeter/Loadrunner etc. Exposure to cloud infrastructure is highly desirable for defining NFR Testing for our Cloud Native Product Exposure to AI tools Experience of Testing Management tools like QC, JIRA etc. Experience of CI-CD integration automation Writing white papers for testing innovations and emerging trends in testing Managing test automation projects as an individual contributor as well as by leading a team Strong execution skills, able to drive things on own and deliver value to the organization Strong team player.
