Lead AOCC

Purpose/Objective

As a Duty Manager - AOCC at Adani Airports, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in the airports industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure efficient and safe airport operations

Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for collation and generation of daily reports on events, performances, and compliances. - Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) in Jaipur. - Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company protocols. - Coordinate with various airport departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance airport operations and resolve any issues that may arise. - Lead a team of AOCC staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Monitor flight schedules, weather conditions, and other relevant factors to make real-time operational decisions. - Prepare reports on AOCC performance, incidents, and operational metrics for management review. - Collaborate with external stakeholders such as airlines, air traffic control, and ground service providers to ensure smooth operations. - Participate in emergency response drills and oversee crisis management procedures. - Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in airport operations.

Technical Competencies

Advanced knowledge of airport operations and procedures.,Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry standards.,Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications, Experience with Airport Operational Control Center (AOCC) systems and software

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: - 10-12 years of experience in the airports industry. - Demonstrated experience in managing airport operations effectively. - Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in high-pressure situations. Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field. Certification Required: - Valid Airport Operations Professional (AOP) certification preferred.
