The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing lead data, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates. Additionally, they will collaborate with the digital team to run campaigns, create engaging content, and leverage social media to generate high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion Analyze lead data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop and execute strategies to improve lead conversion rates for career progression courses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the lead conversion process Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize conversion opportunities Lead Generation Run campaigns to generate high-quality leads for career progression courses Create engaging blog content to attract potential leads Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads Collaborate with the digital team to leverage social media platforms for lead generation Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed What You'll Learn Counselling skills to effectively engage with leads and understand their career progression needs Hands-on experience with CRM software to manage leads and track conversions Social media navigation skills to leverage platforms for lead generation Understanding of running campaigns, including design, execution, and analysis Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools will be an add on Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation Show more Show less
