Lead Analyst

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clientsKey responsibilities:Builds dashboards and manages dashboard build teamsManages the quality check and acceptance process between build teams and stakeholder teamsManages the client relationship on medium-sized reporting and visualisation projectsDevelops underlying data structures for complex projects with multiple use casesLeads discovery with internal and client stakeholders to document requirementsScopes and estimates level of effort new projects with guidance from Directors and HeadResponds to RFPs with guidance from Directors and HeadManages a team of Executives and AnalystsEnsures adherence to commitments defined in project plans and SOWs
