Lead Analyst - Java Full Stack Developer Lead (Angular)

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee and guide the team on code reviews, performance optimization, and best development practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and database components.
• Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth application support and maintenance.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies as a technical lead.
