Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Ameriprise India LLP, you will independently manage leaders" calendars, prioritize meetings, and schedule meetings or conferences by coordinating with internal and external clients/partners. You will also build strong relationships with administrative assistants, prepare expense reports, invoices, presentations, travel arrangements, and provide support as a back-up for other admins. Key Responsibilities: - Independently manage leaders" calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate meetings with clients/partners - Build relationships with administrative assistants to influence and schedule high priority meetings - Prepare expense reports, invoices, presentations, and handle travel arrangements - Act as a back-up for other admins - Manage a team of virtual administrative assistants supporting U.S. leaders and teams - Coordinate team recognition, timekeeping, events, and respond to ad hoc requests - Provide training and mentoring to the team and back-up team members when needed - Proficiency in computer programs and administrative tools - Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and demonstrate attention to detail - Anticipate needs, exercise discretion with sensitive information, and possess excellent communication skills - Previous people leadership experience preferred Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, XMS, Concur, Ariba Buyer, etc. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and demonstrate attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Previous people leadership experience preferred About Ameriprise India LLP: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, with a focus on Asset Management, Retirement Planning, and Insurance Protection.
