L&D Executive/Sr. Executive

 The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end learning and development activities, including onboarding, process-specific training, and soft skills sessions across all functions. He/She will drive induction programs, identify training needs (TNI), develop content, and execute both in-person and online sessions. Additional responsibilities include internal trainer development, cultural integration activities, and training analytics reporting. The role demands travel to various plant locations and requires collaboration with department heads and SMEs to align training with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions for white-collar and blue-collar employees

·        Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners across all functions

·        Assist in conducting TNI and rolling out training calendars

·        Develop content for process, functional, and behavioral training

·        Implement "Make My Career" and Buddy Program initiatives

·        Facilitate “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) programs and support internal trainer development

·        Conduct training at plant locations as per management requirements

·        Maintain training records, feedback data, and productivity MIS reports

·        Support the execution of internal promotions and career development frameworks
