Operational Responsibilities • Supervise customer service operations within the region ensuring compliance with defined TATs (Turnaround Times) and policies. • Lead a team comprising Regional Channel Managers, Area Managers, Channel Executives, and Branch Managers to achieve budgeted revenue targets. • Monitor and ensure adherence to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) standards and service performance benchmarks. • Oversee the execution and quality of last-mile, first-mile, and gateway operations. • Ensure seamless and uninterrupted operational activities across the region. • Address customer escalations promptly and provide effective resolutions. • Maintain professional standards and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various operational processes proactively.
