Inspection Coordination:
Ensure seamless inspection alignment across city with timely execution.
Inspector Feedback Loop:
Engage with inspectors to gather follow-up.
Coordination:
with Lead Owners for scheduling, updates, and operational sync.
Roster Management:
Create and manage inspector rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Inspection Scheduling:
Maintain and monitor the inspection scheduler for accurate tracking.
Daily Reporting:
Keep reports updated with daily schedule and completed inspections.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must youll be the ops bridge between teams! Availability: 6-day work week. Should be available for all operational calls as needed.
An ideal candidate would be hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing the operations.
