Job Summary:

The Land Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all land-related activities and managing the land team. The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating with field teams, consolidating updates, and submitting regular reports to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all land acquisition and documentation activities across locations.
• Manage and guide the land team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Review and verify reports, land records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate between field teams, management, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit periodic status reports and updates to the Director.
• Maintain accurate data, records, and communication flow between field teams and Head Office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to land activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation is must.

Requirements:

·      Must be able to speak, read, and write English, Hindi, and Kannada fluently.

• Proven experience as H.O. Coordinator or in a similar coordination/administrative role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Good knowledge of land processes and documentation (preferred).
