Job Description

Role Overview

The Land Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and coordinating land acquisition opportunities for the companys residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong networking, negotiation, documentation, and tele calling/coordination skills to liaise with landowners, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land Identification & Sourcing

    • Research and identify potential lands suitable for development.
    • Build a database of land parcels, landowners, and intermediaries.
    • Coordinate with brokers, consultants, and field teams for site inspections.
  • Landowner & Broker Coordination

    • Establish and maintain relationships with landowners and their representatives.
    • Conduct telecalling and follow-ups for meetings, negotiations, and documentation.
    • Act as a point of contact for landowners during acquisition discussions.
  • Documentation & Compliance

    • Coordinate with legal and liaison teams to verify land titles, ownership records, and government approvals.
    • Assist in collecting, compiling, and maintaining land-related documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies for acquisitions.
  • Negotiation & Support

    • Support senior management in negotiations with landowners.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and feasibility summaries for management review.
    • Track progress of acquisition deals and maintain MIS reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & telecalling skills inTamil & English essential.
  • Knowledge of land acquisition processes, revenue records, and local real estate market.
  • Networking ability with landowners, brokers, and consultants.
  • Basic legal and documentation understanding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any Graduate .
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in land coordination, acquisition, or real estate background.
  • Experience in telecalling/relationship management will be an added advantage.
