Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to QMS standards. Monitor all phases of transmission line projects (design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Lead the development of quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and other necessary documents for project quality assurance. Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely implementation of quality measures. Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain. Perform vendor evaluations, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken if required.
