Responsibilities: Manage complete tender activities right from documentation, cost estimation, tender submission and post tender activities for renewable energy projects, EPC contracts, substations and Transmission lines (EHV) from 33KV to 400 KV. Rich corporate experience in preparation of Pre-qualification application, presentation of Company competence and qualification, Generation of enquiries, Preparation of estimates & proposals, Technical & Commercial negotiations, Contract finalization & Post Award Contract Administration. Leading the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal submission. Planning and executing bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files, records of communication and pricing information Stay updated on industry trends, market insights and emerging best practices in bid management. Project Budget finalization, cash flow preparation & presentation, pre & Post award contract administration. Stay updated on upcoming tenders, keeping track of bid schedules, deadlines, and submissions. Coordinate the submission of queries to tendering authorities and represent the organization in pre-bid meetings to clarify doubts and concerns. Involved in analysis of Lost tenders (where we are not L-1), MIS Preparation, Annual meet presentation preparation. Preparation of proposals & agreements with clear terms & conditions for back-to-back contracts. Responsible for Price variation calculation for the projects. Pre-bid survey of projects invited in the tender. Preparation of documentation as per tender requirement including JV documents like MOU, JV agreements etc. Tender search - from newspapers, websites, subscribed sites and other relevant sources. Taking care of complete e-procurement system and uploading of bids all tenders. Analysis of competitor submitted bids to find out the shortfall documents to make them out of competition. Tender search - from newspapers, websites, subscribed sites and other relevant sources. Scrutiny of Tender Documents, preparation of synopsis, check list. Finding out clarifications required if any in Technical & Commercial part. Floating of enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers and service providers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, technical, legal) and external consultants to gather inputs for bid documents. Ensure the preparation of accurate, competitive, and compliant bid documents for submission. Handle both online and offline submission of bids while ensuring adherence to deadlines and guidelines. Act as the point of contact between internal teams (business development, legal, technical, finance) for the preparation and submission of bids. Track all bid-related updates and maintain a repository of communications for future reference. Perform market intelligence by monitoring competitors, tracking other bidders, and identifying trends in bid pricing and strategies. Manage post-bid compliance activities, including submission of all relevant documents to meet LOA (Letter of Award) conditions. Qualifications: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality management, specifically related to transmission line construction projects. Location: Karnataka Compensation Package: The offered CTC will be determined based on the candidate's past experience, previous employment history, and the current market standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems for transmission line construction projects. Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures. Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to QMS standards. Monitor all phases of transmission line projects (design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with quality standards. Lead the development of quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and other necessary documents for project quality assurance. Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely implementation of quality measures. Manage and evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain. Perform vendor evaluations, audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken if required. Review and approve the quality-related aspects of submittals, material certifications, and inspections. Conduct periodic audits and inspections on-site to monitor the effectiveness of quality systems. Ensure that all construction materials and works are inspected and tested as per the specified quality standards. Ensure proper documentation of test results, inspections, and corrective actions. Ensure all work is in compliance with national and international standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to senior management, detailing audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken. Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients as required to demonstrate compliance. Identify and assess risks related to quality during transmission line project execution. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related risks. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality concerns with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with quality results.
