Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Work Profile: Responsible for labour recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding. Manage daily workforce allocation as per project/production requirement. Maintain attendance records, biometric/cross-checking, and absenteeism control. Handle labour contractors – hiring, negotiation, coordination, and compliance. Ensure proper discipline, safety, and welfare of labour workforce. Resolve employee grievances, disputes, and workplace issues. Monitor and maintain statutory compliance related to labour laws. Prepare and share daily/weekly manpower reports with management. Liaison with HR and management for manpower planning and requirement. Support in maintaining healthy employee relations at site. --- Required Skills: Labour management & coordination skills Strong problem-solving & communication ability Knowledge of labour laws & compliance Besic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling) Record keeping & reporting skills Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Depending on interview performance) Job Location: Hazira, Surat, Gujarat Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Benefits: Accommodation (lodging & fooding) available for outstation employees Eligibility: Qualification. 12 Pass , welcome Graduate candidate Only experience candidates apply 📩 Interested candidates can share their resume at: 📞 7069881078
