Laboratory Manager(agri / manufacturing/ trading/ food)

• Oversee daily laboratory activities and ensure smooth functioning of all testing/calibration operations.
• Allocate work, monitor test schedules, and ensure timely delivery of accurate results.
• Maintain lab equipment, instruments, consumables, and infrastructure in good working condition.
• Ensure complete compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
• Manage and maintain documentation required for NABL accreditation and periodic surveillance assessments.
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews, uncertainty measurements, and quality checks.
• Liaise with NABL assessors and certification bodies during audits and assessments.
• Maintain Quality Manual, SOPs, Method Validation, and Quality Control records.
• Monitor measurement traceability, proficiency testing, inter-laboratory comparisons, and calibration records.
• Ensure the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Lead, supervise, and mentor laboratory technicians and analysts.
• Conduct technical training on testing methods, equipment usage, and ISO 17025 requirements.
• Review test reports, calibration certificates, and analytical data for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and report issuance as per quality standards.
• Prepare monthly lab performance reports, KPI tracking, and improvement summaries.
• Ensure periodic calibration, preventive maintenance, and verification of lab instruments.
• Coordinate with external calibration agencies when needed.
• Implement laboratory safety protocols, PPE standards, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and legal regulations.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in laboratory operations, preferably in NABL-accredited labs.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
• Hands-on experience in NABL accreditation, documentation, and audits.
• Knowledge of calibration/testing methods, uncertainty calculation, traceability, and quality controls.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in testing laboratories, calibration labs, manufacturing QCs, chemical/food/pharma labs, or environment testing labs.
• Prior experience facing NABL assessors and managing compliance audits.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
