About the Role

Level 2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  L2 escalations

  by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in web and mobile applications.
• Analyze

  application logs, APIs, and database queries

  to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the

  development team

  for bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Create and maintain

  technical documentation

  for recurring issues, fixes, and support processes.
• Proactively

  monitor system health and performance

  to prevent potential outages or degradation.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation management for all assigned tickets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  Spring Boot

  and

  RESTful API development

  .
• Solid understanding of

  MySQL

  including query optimization, indexing, and database troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with

  Postman, Git, and JIRA

  (or any ticketing/issue-tracking tool).
• Ability to

  debug both frontend and backend

  components effectively.
• Familiarity with

  React.js or React Native

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Working Hours

• Shift:

  1:30 AM – 8:00 AM IST (Aligned with US Business Hours)
