L2 Support Engineer

Technical Skills Required

• Object-Oriented Programming:

  Java / C++ / Python

• Unix/Linux:

  Strong command-line and scripting experience

• SQL:

  Advanced querying, stored procedures, debugging (Experience with Cursors, Erase operations)

• Databases:

  Hands-on with any major RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 410 years of experience in L2/Production Support
• Good understanding of

  Software Engineering fundamentals
