L2 Support Engineer

As an L2 Support professional at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support for SQL, SQL Server, and .Net applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to database management and application performance. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless system functionality while meeting business requirements. Your in-depth knowledge of SQL and .Net technologies will be essential for diagnosing problems efficiently and implementing sustainable solutions.
