Description
Role: The L1 Support SD-WAN manages customer calls and effectively utilizes technical skills and network monitoring to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintaining clear communication with customers both verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities: · Complaint handling · Do advance level trouble shooting on call with customer. · Monitor the network on given system/tools · Co-ordinate with Field and NOC team for resolution · Identify technical issues and update the concern department for rectification. · Handhold and update customer on progress. Essentials: · Proficiency in network monitoring and technical troubleshooting. · CCNA Trained, · Minimum Diploma/ Graduate in Electronic and communication · Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Firewall Management: Design, deploy, and maintain firewall solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.). Configure and manage firewall policies, access control lists (ACLs), and VPN configurations. Monitor and respond to firewall events and alerts, ensuring compliance with security policies. Conduct firewall performance tuning, log analysis, and optimization. Perform regular audits and updates to firewall rules to ensure they meet security best practices. SD-WAN Management: Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN infrastructure for optimized network performance. Configure SD-WAN policies to ensure efficient routing and high availability across multiple WAN links. Manage SD-WAN controllers and endpoints to ensure proper traffic distribution and application prioritization. Troubleshoot SD-WAN connectivity issues and optimize configurations to enhance network performance. Collaborate with vendors for the installation, support, and maintenance of SD-WAN solutions. Security Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor network traffic to detect any anomalies or potential security breaches. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans for firewall and SD-WAN infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve firewall and SD-WAN issues, including connectivity, security, and performance problems.
