Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Operations & Revenue Assurance Executive
Location: Rajkot
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Revenue Assurance Executive to support our sales team and ensure accurate revenue tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in Excel, and a background in coordination and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily operations, reporting, and performance tracking
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and validation related to sales and revenue
• Monitor revenue assurance processes to prevent leakages and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, logistics, etc.) to streamline sales and billing workflows
• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel
• Assist in forecasting and revenue reconciliation
• Handle documentation, follow-ups, and customer communication where required
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better revenue control

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
• Proven experience in coordination and back-end sales operations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Preferred Experience:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue assurance, or coordination roles
• Prior experience in telecom, FMCG, or service industries will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
