Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Technician to join our team at Accor Hotels, contributing to the success of our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist chefs in planning menus and preparing dishes according to recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure all food is stored properly and waste reduction initiatives are implemented.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a kitchen technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
