As a Kitchen Technician for a 5 Star hotel in Kasargod, Kerala, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Ensuring the smooth functioning of kitchen equipment and machinery - Conducting regular maintenance and repairs to kitchen appliances - Assisting in the installation of new kitchen equipment as needed To qualify for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - Prior experience as a kitchen technician or in a similar role - Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and repair procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Please note that food will be provided at all times, and additional benefits such as EPF, medical card, monthly offs, and paid leaves are included.
