Kitchen Technician

As a Maintenance Technician in our company, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment. This includes walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers. Your duties will involve carrying out periodic inspections, cleaning, and servicing of the equipment. You will be expected to log into the work order management system to find, accept, and complete work requests efficiently. Installation of new equipment, repairing leaks, ensuring proper wiring controls, and replacing old or defective equipment parts will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with other maintenance workers, company officials, and staff members is essential to effectively provide solutions to maintenance issues that may arise. Being responsive to emergency calls for equipment repair problems, including after-hours calls, is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. Additionally, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of total work experience in a similar position. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
