Role Overview We are looking for a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to own and drive design initiatives across projects. This role combines leadership, hands-on design, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Lead UI/UX strategy, from ideation to execution across web and mobile platforms. Design user-centric interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Key Requirements 3- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, design systems, and interaction design. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
