Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and Maintaining Relationships:KAMs focus on building strong, trusting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aspirations.
• Strategic Account Planning:Developing and implementing strategic plans for each key account to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
• Identifying Opportunities:Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, such as expanding services, finding new product areas, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Client Satisfaction:Ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:Negotiating contracts, renewals, and managing contract terms to align with client needs and company goals.
• Revenue Generation:Driving revenue growth by securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and negotiating favorable contract terms.
• Communication and Collaboration:Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Market and Industry Knowledge:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
