  • Client Management

  • Contract & Compliance

    : Manage agreements, terms, and ensure compliance with company and legal policies.
  • Revenue Growth

    : Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets from key accounts.
  • Problem Solving

    : Handle delivery delays, claims, damages, or disputes with a proactive approach.
  • Reporting

    : Share regular MIS reports on shipment status, cost efficiency, and customer feedback.
  • Process Improvement

    : Suggest operational improvements for better cost optimization and service quality.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth account handling.
  • Retention & Loyalty

    : Develop retention strategies to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Business Development

    : Expand service portfolio within existing accounts.
