Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 2–6 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our CEO and leadership team in driving operational excellence. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, overseeing technical and digital operations, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of digital processes, including Google Ads and SEO alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day operations across service and product teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Track and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a bridge between technical, creative, and business teams to maintain alignment.
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs for continuous improvement.


Technical & Project Oversight:

  • Collaborate with development teams working on websites (WordPress), mobile apps, and full-stack projects.
  • Provide guidance on technical requirements, timelines, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sprints, task assignments, and cross-team check-ins.
  • Work closely with SEO and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with operational workflows.


Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Oversee Google Ads campaign execution in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Support SEO-driven initiatives by coordinating technical improvements and site performance optimization.
  • Track and report campaign metrics, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.


Server Compliance & Data Security

  • Ensure compliance with security protocols (SSL, HTTPS, firewalls, etc.).
  • Support implementation of data privacy practices (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT/DevOps on backups, server monitoring, and system health checks.


Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or digital services.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing workflows, including Google Ads and SEO.
  • Familiarity with website and app development processes.
  • Financial acumen to support project budgeting and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
