Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts in the BFSI sector through corporate sales and strategic account management.
  • Manage existing relationships with high-value clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and consulting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs, resulting in successful deal closures.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and optimize account growth.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise business development in the BFSI industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new key accounts through corporate sales efforts.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales principles, including developing long-term relationships with C-level executives at major corporations.
