Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage relationships with vendors: follow up regularly, address issues, ensure timely delivery.
Order management: placing orders, tracking orders, coordinating delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy.
Vendor follow-up: ensuring vendors meet quality, timing, and compliance requirements.
Use Excel extensively for data entry, tracking orders, vendor performance, creating reports, maintaining dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, finance) to ensure orders and vendor deliverables are aligned.
Maintain documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, vendor communications.
Monitor vendor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and escalate issues when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be flexible for travelling.
Candidate should be flexible with working hr.
