Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts in the real estate sector through corporate sales and enterprise business development.
  • Manage New key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients' specific needs, driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in key account management or a related field (B2B sales, corporate sales).
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new brokers or expanding existing relationships within the Internet industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles and ability to develop effective strategies for large-scale deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with Brokers.
