Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts for the company's IT services and consulting offerings.
  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, delivery) to develop tailored solutions that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional products or services within existing relationships.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, enterprise business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
