Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts for the company's B2B services.
  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive corporate sales landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-10 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales in IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and growing revenue streams through strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business needs, including software solutions for large-scale organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
