Reporting To: Head, Partnerships

Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA / MSW preferred from Tier 1 Colleges)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals for the role of Key Account Management. This role is crucial for building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships with partners. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and partner retention through proactive account ownership and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong foundations for strategic account ownership and long-term partner relationships,

especially with corporate and CSR-focused stakeholders.

  • Engage in solution-based selling by deeply understanding partner needs and tailoring impact-

driven proposals accordingly.

  • Lead active fundraising efforts by identifying and nurturing high-value corporate partnerships aligned with social impact goals.


  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables across partner accounts.


  • Develop comprehensive proposals, budgets, and presentations aligned with partner

expectations and CSR strategies.

  • Drive partner satisfaction, renewal, and long-term growth.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including program, communications, and

operations to ensure seamless delivery and resolve any partner concerns efficiently.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, CSR developments, and ESG practices to recommend

innovative partnership models and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Track KPIs, key performance metrics and share regular progress updates.


  • Prepare proposals and budgets based on partner needs and expectations.


  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, pitch presentations, and industry forums to

strengthen visibility.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities

  • Experience in proposal writing and budget creation

  • Project management and stakeholder handling experience
