Customer Service Executive / Key Accout Manager

Customer Success Partner (Temp role for 7-8 months)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Partner to drive customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and ensure seamless execution across ocean and logistics services. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, supporting sales, and delivering best-in-class solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own and nurture relationships with assigned customers, ensuring strong engagement and high win conversions.
Manage ocean and logistics RFIs/RFQs: coordinate with pricing, sales, and product teams to deliver competitive, customer-focused proposals.
Ensure allocation compliance and smooth contracting across Ocean & L&S products.
Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs, supporting sales in focusing on new business opportunities.
Oversee critical processes including business forecasting, contracting, collections escalations, invoice quality, NPS, and onboarding of new business.
Proactively resolve customer escalations by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors/Masters degree with 2-5 years experience in sales, logistics, or customer-facing roles.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High energy, integrity, and eagerness to learn.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in structured processes and systems
