Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Retention Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-end B2B clients in architecture, interiors, and hospitality. Ensure consistent communication through structured monthly follow-ups and relationship nurturing. Monitor order statuses, product feedback, and ongoing satisfaction metrics. CRM & Ticket Flow Ownership Manage incoming client inquiries (product details, stock availability, order updates) from various channels. Use CRM (Zoho) to document interactions, monitor issue resolution, and generate reports. Maintain a service-first, solution-oriented tone that reflects the brands high standards. Growth & Upsell Identify and propose add-on sales or new product recommendations to existing distributors. Track client growth trends and contribute to sales expansion through proactive insight. Support the international sales team by preparing account insights and summaries.
